Our client, a leader in their industry, are currently looking for an experienced learning & development consultant to join their team. You will thrive on working in a fast pace environment and play a pivotal role in driving learning and development strategies to develop, motivate and retain the best talent.
Reporting to the National Learning & Development Manager, the role covers the full spectrum of learning and development activities across the business and will include assessing & reviewing the current offering and re-vamping, developing and implementing learning & development initiatives. You will play a key role developing content (both online and classroom) and facilitating on a number of key projects covering inductions, technical, soft skills and leadership training.
The successful candidate will be Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline with a proven background in end to end learning and development as well as bring with them experience developing eLearning modules . You will be an approachable and engaging individual with strong presentation and facilitation skills and previous experience with the maintaining of a Learning Management System. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential and you will also be highly organised and creative with an approachable, diplomatic and down to earth style.
Finally, you will bring with you a passion for developing people, the ability to think outside the square and be able to leverage across you extensive networked to deliver best practice solutions to your client group.
