Our client is looking for a talented Learning and Development Advisor to join their HR team. Our client is committed to providing the highest quality learning and development services to its employees. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role will be responsible for the development and management of training needs across the business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with managers and subject matter experts to determine training needs
  • Assisting with development of the L&D framework
  • Identify and develop training programs that fit with business needs
  • Develop and manage the training calendar
  • Ensuring optimisation of the learning management system

This is a great role for an L&D Advisor looking for a role that is hands on and highly involved in the L&D function of the business. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role with gained exposure to a LMS system. You will be a professional and savvy individual with strong relationship building and influencing skills. You will be confident, passionate about Learning and Development, and have experience designing, developing and delivering training programs.
