Randstad is on the lookout for a Service Desk (Level 1-2) with solid skills in Windows OS, and Office 365. Big bonus if you have exposure to SCCM (Hands on or knowledge) You will need to have excellent communications to be able to support non-technical users.

Essential requirements

  • 3+ years experience in IT Helpdesk support
  • Experience providing support for Windows 7 or above.
  • Supporting Office 365
  • Experience with SCCM is a bonus but not essential
  • Hardware Support for Desktop, Laptop, Surface tablets
  • Experience providing support for mobile phones (iPhone and/or Windows phones)
  • Must be able to start immediately
