A global Recruitment organisation based in Sydney CBD requires a requires a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst for a permanent position in their team.

The role will see you provide support, maintain and develop customer service for local and remote users of the network. Assist with the day to day running of the IT helpdesk delivery team and deliver continued improvements in customer support and service.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 1 technical support via face to face, email and phone in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
  • Responding to a wide range of software and hardware issues, in-house systems, products and services queries.
  • Quickly identifying and troubleshooting issues including Microsoft application, web, email, computer networking issues in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with the role out of upgraded equipment which may include travelling to other branches to remove and replace old equipment which includes lifting and manual handling.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Good exposure in a similar IT help desk position.
  • Solid customer service skills and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experienced in with Citrix and Google Apps (Gmail etc)
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft and Windows skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Clear, concise and polite phone manner.
