The right candidate will have a background in administration, ideally within a logistics and manufacturing setting. The role would be suited to someone who is has the ability to multitask, has great organisational skills and has the ability to pick up new systems quickly. With this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast paced environment for a world renowned company and build on their skillset.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing all relevant documents needed for dispatching products.
  • Liaising and distributing transport services with external service providers.
  • Entering and maintaining processing logistics data.
  • Scheduling Packaging Material.
  • Forwarding information about transport damages and claims to relevant contacts.
  • Creating an optimum logistics chain by actively contributing to cooperation with interface partners and all involved.


  • 12 month contact.
  • Full time position.
