Our client

Our client is a highly successful manufacturing firm with national operations and a leading reputation. They have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join their warehouse division in a friendly and supportive team.


Your duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Assisting the planning team with scheduling
  • Debriefing drivers on run sheets and inventory
  • Liaising with customers and processing of orders
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Applying relevant safety regulations
  • Answering calls and e-mail queries
  • Filing and archiving delivery notes


As an ideal applicant you will have;

  • Medium level of experience within a similar role
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Confident and friendly communication style
  • Good sense of humour
  • Proficient with the MS Office Suite
  • Strong use of SAP
  • Hard working and committed attitude
  • Great level of attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Transport/Logistics industry
