Randstad's client is a global company looking to expand its support team with another dynamic Supply Chain administrator. Located in the lower south east, this is a great opportunity for someone to work close to home, with a high performing team with a fantastic culture,

To be considered for this position, you should be experienced in the following:

  • Proven support of a Supply Chain Team
  • Creation of Purchase Orders for inventory (from local and international suppliers)
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external vendors
  • Adherence to procurement proceedures
  • Managing the international & domestic shipping of spare parts (imports & exports) to ensure shipments are cleared through customs and delivered on time
  • Ability to run Purchase Order reports weekly
  • Reconcile outstanding invoices with purchase orders
  • MS office with advanced Excel skills
