Our Client for over 100 years has been developing and promoting certain values that the Company considers fundamental in the conduct of its business.

During the 50s reliable and economic operation of hydraulic deck machinery so impressed the Admiralty that they reversed their preference for traditionally electric systems. The company provided anchor windlasses, winches and Replenishment At Sea equipment.

Nuclear submarines led to design and manufacture of retracting bow planes, shrouded masts and the launching and recovery of communication equipment and significantly the first US submarine equipment order in 1983.


Due to an increase of work load and business expansion our client has a fantastic new opportunity to join a team where support, growth and on going training will be provided.

  • Fulltime – Permanent
  • Salary - $60,000 + Super
  • Opportunity to travel on the job! – All expenses paid
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.00am – 3.30pm – Monthly RDO included and some flexibility may be required


  • Experience in working with submarines or aircraft
  • Attention to detail is imperative to the role
  • Experience in stripping and assembling Hydraulic Cylinders
  • Experience in the rebuilding of Hydraulic Cylinders
  • Experience in working with submarines or aircraft
  • Ability to find faults and have a sound knowledge of equipment testing
  • Understand the refurbishment and surveying of the equipment
  • Legible handwriting will also be an important part of the role as survey reports must be able to be read clearly
  • Passionate and willing to go above and beyond to ensure all policies and procedures are carried out thoroughly and to expectations of the client
  • Work with integrity, passion and motivation
