Randstad is currently seeking an expression of interest for candidates who have a strong background in management/leadership positions and are ready for their next step in their career. The right candidate will ideally come from a mining, oil & gas, transport, FMCG or automotive background.

Suitable candidates will also ideally have worked in senior positions such as operational management, office management, project management and customer service management positions.

Responsibilites include:

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization
  • Managing daily operations of the business
  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
  • Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Three years experience in a management/leadership role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and coaching
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practice
