My client is currently seeking an experienced marketing coordinator who will bring their skills, enthusiasm and passion for marketing to the role. Your previous experience in coordinating a range of marketing activities, along with a great understanding of a variety of marketing mediums including but not limited to social media, will see you succeed in this role.

You will be an organised, team-orientated and personable individual. Along with this you will require excellent communication, reporting, planning and time management skills, including the ability to manage a team locally and remotely.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate all Marketing Activities across the company: Promotional Materials, Email Newsletters, Marketing Collateral, Websites Updates/Changes, Social Media
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar
  • Prepare accurate & regular Reports for management & marketing meetings on a weekly basis
  • Management Admin support

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with graphic design programs & video editing software
  • Knowledgeable on WordPress & the ability to decipher website jargon
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making, problem analysis & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and be a quick learner
  • Ability to work for a small organisation whereby you will be able to experience a vast variety of tasks
  • The ability to work autonomously whilst also working as part of a small team
  • Take accountability for the role
