As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns to nurture and acquire customers within a growing area within their international markets team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute initiatives to support the delivery of the campaign roadmap for acquiring advisor customers, across offerings and platforms, delivering on growth targets.
  • Leverage insights and data to understand the needs of our customers, and develop segmentation to identify the biggest opportunities to drive customer acquisition.
  • Support the delivery of an integrated experience across channels, deploying the right touch point at the right time, to nurture the relationship and deliver value to our customers.
  • Support the delivery of marketing automation to existing customers most effectively and productively.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure demand generation targets are being met and leads being actioned by the respective sales teams.
  • Leverage global best practices to deeply embed our customers into our product to drive active usage and stickiness.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree with at least 3-5 years leading marketing campaigns
  • Previous Acquitisition experience
  • Understanding of marketing automation frameworks and platforms (Eloqua or Gotowebinar. Experience in working with channel/reseller partners is preferred
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment where priorities change quickly.
  • Excellent creative problem solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans
  • Influences effectively across cross-functional teams and works collaboratively to deliver results and “win together”.

•Bachelors degree with at least 3-5 years leading marketing campaigns, (Acquitisition retention experience preferred).
•Understanding of marketing automation frameworks and platforms (Eloqua or GotowebinarResponsys). Experience in delivering automated campaigns preferred.working with channel/reseller partners preferred.
