Our client is a unique medical practice that integrates the latest advances in medicine with a multidisciplinary and compassionate approach to whole of person health care. Seeking a medical administration Executive to join the growing team. Must have experience in a patient orientated, fast paced clinical setting to support 6 specialists.

Extensive scheduling/diary management experience

Advanced medical software experience – inclusive Genie practice management software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A vigilant attention to detail

Superior time management skills to ensure deadlines are met

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple duties

Friendly, professional, empathic and courteous nature

Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team and also independently without supervision

Strong MS office skills with Genie experience prefferred

Positive and can do attitude with the wiliness to learn extra skills

Proven ability to perform all duties consistently and efficiently in high volume, fast paced work environment

Flexible and agile in adapting to rapid change in the context of expansion

Current Victorian drivers licence

High School qualifications


Liaising with patients, insurers, specialists and third party stakeholders to deliver five star customer service

Co-ordination of specialist diaries

Appointment scheduling

Collection of patient data, medical records/files, and investigations

Invoicing and receipting patient payments and private accounts

Liaising with other professionals, organisations, lawyers and insurers in relation to client and/employer issues

Upholding the professional standards of the clinic

educational requirements
