Randstad are currently seeking an experienced administration assistant with extensive knowledge of MEX software to jump into an innovative and exciting role.

This is an new opportunity for a fixed term contract, 38 hours per week Monday to Friday based on the North side of Brisbane to set up the MEX database from scratch.

The successful applicant will be apart of a large team with the opportunity to be a part of the integral development phase within a predominate Construction Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procedural development
  • Database management and maintenance
  • Data population & system set-up
  • Scheduling of asset inspections and maintenance
  • Creating of work orders
  • Basic invoicing
  • Setting up of checklists, reports and audit processes
  • Integrating portal interfaces and management system
  • Collating and qualifying of data

Essential Qualities:

  • Vast knowledge and proficiency with MEX Software
  • High attention to detail
  • Scheduling experience
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Able to commit to the 6 month contract
  • Intermediate MS skills
