This reputable East coast developer is planning on being the largest private developer in Australia with a pipeline of 2 Billion dollars in residential projects, they house a strong dynamic culture and highly driven team. Reporting to the Managing Director and leading an intimate sized Sales team across a number of residential projects, you will lead, mentor, train, recruit, and develop your team to achieve realistic sales targets in accordance with their strategic business plan.
To achieve these outcomes you will have substantial experience in the Residential property sector, from either a Land Developer or Builder, and enjoy a reputation as a proven Sales Manager of high integrity.
You will be an inspirational leader who has a track record of improving performance and achieving results from people. Your fresh ideas, entrepreneurial flair and strategies will be looked upon favourably and you will have a direct impact on the direction and strategy of this company, and an influence on the product going to market.
Your role will be a managing a team that are responsible for a combination of selling premium Off The Plan Apartment stock to local and international clients and via channels and direct sales and highly focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse network of agents, brokers, wealth creators etc.
Ideally, you will have:
- Minimum 5+ years experience working for a Property Developer
- Experience in operating within Sydney and Brisbane's markets
- Strong network and contacts within Development, Construction & third parties
- Off the Plan developments experience
- Experience implementing infrastructure and targets
- Goal oriented, passionate, energetic and results driven
- Ambition and commercial flair
- The ability to build instant rapport with people
- Polished, immaculate presentation and communication
