    Liaison and Assessment Nurses – Darwin and Alice Springs This leading and reputable community services and aged care provider in NT is looking for their a Liaison and Assessment Nurse to join their team in a recently created position. Are you the one we are looking for? The role is located in the NT with the option to be based in Alice Springs or Darwin. The roleReporting to the Complex Care Manager, the Liaison and Assessment Nurse will be responsible for promoting the services of our client to NT Hospitals and Healthcare providers. Additional to this you will assist the organisation in educating the NT community in regards to illness and disease prevention, safe health practices, nutrition and wellness. About you Bachelor of Nursing (AHPRA Registration)Graduate Diploma or Masters in Aged Care or Community discipline (Desirable)Knowledge and experience of Aged or Community Clinical Care including home care, treatment and following clinical protocols and proceduresDemonstrated experience in working in a diverse team of people, providing encouragement to Personal Care and/or team members you work withDemonstrated ability in achieving team goals and identifying areas of development including training, development and competency skill checks.
