Our client are a family owned business and one of Australia's industry leaders in the manufacturing space priding themselves on customer service and delivery. Reporting into the Credit Manager, our client is looking for a Office Administrator with previous experience in Adminstration or Finance Admin.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Typing of letters and minutes
  • Reception relief
  • Arranging of outgoing mail
  • Folding of invoices and statements
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Arranging catering/refreshments for meetings
  • Processing of customer receipts in ERP system
  • Production of weekly and monthly reports
  • Processing online credit card payments
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Skills required:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role or finance admin role
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse range of customers
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrate a willingness to work in part of a team environment
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Must be self motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
