Your new company:

A leading regional company that processes food waste-to-energy. The company is an iconic brand name and market leader in their field. Your new team are like minded individuals and your new manager is looking for an experienced administrator seeking their next challenge.

Your new role:

A typical day in your new role will involve providing a comprehensive range of administrative duties. You will assist with customer enquiries and operate as an integral part of the wider team on site. You will be building rapport with key internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to assist in achieving continuous improvement and enhancing the efficient operations on site. You will be working full time hours from Monday to Friday. The company culture is fun, professional, hard working and team focused.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor requests, cancellations and changes
  • Data entry through SAP and weekly reporting for all purchase orders raised
  • Collate customer invoice data, monthly reconciliations, recovering outstanding account and action credit applications
  • Attend management meeting and meeting minutes
  • Assist with yearly performance reviews
  • Maintain a clean well presented office environment
  • Data base maintenance and reporting
  • WHS&E reporting
  • Inputting work orders
  • Any other task as required

What you’ll need to succeed

  • An experienced Administrator with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive and resilience; able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organising and time management skills
  • Prior experience in SAP and intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage
