We are looking to fill a receptionist/administrative assistant position in the Canberra CBD for one of our high profile clients. For the first six months, the candidate should be available for full-time.

The successful candidate will be offered:

  • Flexibility of hours and salary ranging between $25-$32 per hour depending on candidate's experience;

The duties of the candidate will include but are not limited to:

  • Receptionist duties including answering and making calls, and greeting clients and visitors;
  • Office administration such as filing and record-keeping;
  • Providing high quality customer service to our clients to meet their needs and service requirements; and
  • Basic payment accounts payable and receivable

Candidates will be selected based on their:

  • Experience in reception, office administration or similar work
  • Basic knowledge of MYOB is desirable and position requires a willingness to learn on the job
  • Strong communication and English skills, as well as a friendly and welcoming manner;
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task work; and
  • Ability to take the initiative and help ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
