About the role:

This is a very broad role, some of the key duties include:

  • Handling all incoming calls that come into the general number
  • Monitoring Complaints Inbox and directing complaints to the correct area for resolution
  • Supervision of one direct report (admin assistant)
  • Managing couriers & mail
  • Daily banking & settlement
  • Managing new employee online police check process, and various IT & Supplier logins
  • Managing/Servicing/cleaning vehicles, buggies and vessels
  • Arranging parking permits
  • Arranging access passes for staff and visitors
  • Taking tennis court bookings, invoicing
  • Managing parking infringements/disputes/receiving monies for fines
  • Ordering stationary & office/kitchen supplies
  • Second tier IT support for the office (we have an IT Manager but this role also assists with some of the low level day to day issues that crop up)
  • Procurement/Aus Tender/Purchase Orders
  • Managing Compliance register
  • Tender administration

About you:

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, switched-on individual who has strong attention to detail and the ability to think on their feet.

  • Experience within a similar Office Manager position
  • Commonwealth Government experience - desirable
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work – a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • MUST be an Australian citizen
  • Successful Candidate will be required to complete a police check
