About:

This is an incredible opportunity for a personable and adaptable Office Manager to join a leading FMCG company located in St Leonards. The client is wanting someone who can bring some passion and energy to the business.

The Role:

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the Commercial Director and CEO. Additionally, you will be in charge of the overall smooth running of the office.

This position is a part time Monday-Friday role working from 9:00 - 2:30 for a 6 month contract with possible extension.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Reception
  • Managing inbound & outbound mail
  • Clerical duties
  • Compile reports & business correspondence
  • Organise domestic travel
  • Maintain office & stationary supplies
  • Arrange meetings & meeting requirements
  • Minute taking
  • Liaise with building management

Skills Required:

This role requires a high level of communication as you will be supporting the CEO and Commercial Manager. You will need to be able to work autonomously and within a team environment.

  • Minimum 2 years in an office manager role
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Intermediate microsoft office skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorties
  • Self motivated
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
