We are proud to be recruiting for one of Australia's leading skin care and pharmaceutical companies based in Dandenong South.

The purpose of this position is to manage the company eShop and coordinate content across the brands online assets.


Manage the eShop

  1. Ensure product information is updated daily on the site
  2. Liaise with Master Material Master Data Manager to maintain supersession’s and new products
  3. Ensure the SAP data fields are maintained
  4. Handle customer enquiries including refund process, updating sales orders & liaising with tracking and delivery enquiries
  5. Plan and create promotions and deals within the shop
  6. Oversee the advertising, SEM and eDM campaigns to drive traffic to eShop
  7. Create and deliver ongoing reports back to business
  8. Create and maintain processes and manuals relating to eShop

Social media and existing platforms content building

  1. Manage and coordinate the online engagement and content plan for brand platforms
  2. Assist with creating and uploading online content across all platforms and social media
  3. Assist with creating video and other visual content as needed
  4. Coordinate and maintain reporting and analytics.
  5. Implement email marketing campaigns

Champion the brand Online

  1. Stays up to date with relevant current and future social media platforms, including digital forums and health & beauty blogs
  2. Tracks and reports on competitor activities
  3. Admin duties as required (please note there is a strong element of coordination and administration to this role so eye for detail is vital)

Professional Skills

  • Ability to represent the brand professionally, especially when dealing with customers
  • Understand organisational objectives and link them to personal targets and role


  • Passion and understanding of the skincare industry, including key players and trends
  • managed ecommerce platform, including setting up processes and procedures
  • Understand or experience with processing orders in a business software platform
  • Ideally have worked with SAP
