Our client is a medium sized, self owned and fast growing financial services group with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Traditionally an Accounting firm with a team of 40+ they also have a financial planning and mortgage broking business. Our client is passionate about growing their business and have done so successfully by investing in their clients and employees.
The Mortgage business now has 2 mortgage brokers and a junior loans processor and very much requires a highly experienced Senior Loans Processor/Operations Manager to support the mortgage brokers and overall mortgage business. You will manage the junior processor and the overall submission, approval and settlement process. You will also take the lead in building processes, procedures and key systems that will result in a highly efficient team operation.
The business requires an experienced, hard working person who can take complete ownership of the operation team and operational infrastructure. You will also thrive with extra duties around process improvement and marketing. This business is ambitious in terms of its growth plans.
The right person will have the relevant experience to step into this environment and take ownership of the entire loan process. This means you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience processing/packaging residential home loans in a mortgage broking firm and have used the software FLEX.
