With the advent of a Transformation Program well underway, they are currently seeking the services of an experienced Technology experienced Organisational Change Manager to help shape the new environment

The key focus is to undertake a review of the current IT functions and implement an organisational structure to support the new capabilities by enabling and delivering Improved and Value Driven IT Services.

Key skills required for the role:

  • > 10yrs experience in the Organisational Change Space
  • Strong experience in the Technology Change and Service Experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management experience
  • Experience in ITIL and change Management (ideal)
  • Experience in large Scale Infrastructure experience (ideal)
  • Strong training, mentoring and workshopping experience
  • Strong experience in “Communications” and communication materials
  • Advanced knowledge in Organisational Assessment methodologies
  • Well experienced in Enterprise Scale change projects.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Change Management Qualifications/accreditations
    • Prosci, Adkar etc
  • Strong experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
