The role:

We need our next coordinator to be highly passionate about the industry, be able to manage staff efficiently and embrace a fantastic work/life balance.

What we are looking for:

Diploma in Childcare isn't necessaryfor this role but is desirable, however candidates with lesser qualifications but lots of experience and the right attitude will be considered. Being able to build relationships with the community and school as well as managing budgets and administration skills is vital.

You must have experience working as a coordinator, be able to work in a team and manage as well as mentor your team.

Previous experience is necessary as well as knowledge about the National Laws and Regulations, My Time Our Place Framework and have a passion for the industry.

To be successful you MUST have

  • Current NSW WWCC
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • Completed Child protection
