Your New Company

Due to an internal movement our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their fast paced organisation located in central GoldCoast. You will need to have excellent organisational skills as well as the ability to multi task on a range of projects.

Your new role

  • Deal with all queries that come through to the office in person, via phone and through email correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Develop, implement, maintain and review comprehensive systems
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the organisation
  • Review and analyse incoming and outgoing project correspondence
  • Email and diary management
  • Schedule meetings and liaise with clients as required
  • Domestic Travel arrangements
  • Document management including preparation of replies to correspondence and handling of confidential papers
  • Word processing of documents, reports, specifications, submissions, tenders all inline with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for Candidates with

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Build & maintain effective working relationships
  • Proven high level organisational skills with an ability to multi task and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in delivering high level of executive secretarial services
  • Strong administration skills.
