Exciting opportunity for an experienced administration assistant to work for one of Randstads well known healthcare clients.

Our client is offering flexible part time hours, with parking available nearby. This exciting role is to work in an adult working environment with a supportive team, providing executive administration support to the team and assisting with event coordination as required. The successful candidate will be starting out on a temporary basis, however for the right candidate there is possibility of the role moving to permanent part time in the future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming phone calls.
  • Email and calendar management
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Event coordination
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Date entry
  • Assisting with the administration of various projects
  • Prepare reports and meeting minuets
  • Raise invoices
  • Assist with job files and advertisement
  • Stationary stocktake
  • Stakeholder engagement

To be successful for the role you will have :

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar administration position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong commitment to work and highly motivated
  • Intermediate Microsoft office suite
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
