We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic administration assistant with a passion to work within the property industry, to provide administration support to a high performing and supportive development team, working closely with the project director and Assistant development managers , for one of the fastest growing home builders and community developers in Australia.

This is fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently finished studying and is looking to get their foot in the door of innovative and professional company that will allow you to kick start your career.

The position will start part time 3 days a week on a 6 month fixed term contact, with the potential for hours to increase in time.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Compiling and distributing reports, meeting minuets and agendas
  • Document control, archiving, filing and word processing
  • Manage the office facilities including, stationary and office supplies
  • Liaising between suppliers, consultants and managers
  • Contract correspondence and filling
  • Database maintenance and management
  • Assisting in collating of tenders and assistance with review of submissions
  • ADHOC duties as required

Selection criteria:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Can do and proactive attitude
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Industry experience or knowledge highly desirable
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to new task
