The Company

Randstad is presently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator with ideally some payroll timesheet data entry and/or payroll processing experience.

This is really a superb opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills whilst learning a new skill – Payroll! Perfect if you see Payroll as your long term career path!

Working with a supportive team and Manager, you will hands on gain exceptional knowledge and experience.

This role is to start ASAP and will run for initially 3 months with a very high possibility to be made perm – for the right candidate!

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your duties will include:

  • Processing timesheets
  • Administration
  • Assisting with payroll queries
  • Answering queries
  • High volume of data entry

Your Profile

The successful candidate will be an experience Administrator with an excellent work ethic and strong communication/interpersonal skills. You must have excellent attention to detail and be quick and accurate in your work. Experience in payroll would be advantageous but not essential! This is the perfect role if you want to get into payroll within an international organisation! You must be immediately available and ready to hit the ground running.
