Established over 130 years ago, this ASX listed horticultural company are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Payroll team of 5. This permanent role is located in the western suburbs of Melbourne. We’re looking for a full time Payroll Officer with Preceda experience.

As a Payroll Administrator, reporting to the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Complete end to end weekly payroll processing for 500 employees.
  • Interpret multiple awards to calculate the payroll accordingly.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee details as well as terminations and leave, in accordance with Company agreements.
  • Liase with staff about any queries they may have in regards to payroll.

A successful applicant will be someone who:

  • Has experience processing end to end payroll,
  • Knowledge of working with multiple awards
  • Has Preceda experience
