A chance to join a well reputed government organisation, as they look to start a brand new capability within the department.We’re looking for a number of system testers who have in depth experience working with success factors and end to end Payroll. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exciting and ambitious project. You will be a key part in the finalisation of the success factors implementation with the goal to go live mid January.

Collaboratively, you will be responsible for:

  • Process Improvements,
  • Testing of payruns,
  • Assisting in Processing the end to end Payroll for 5000 employees,
  • Ensure third party payments such as tax instalments, superannuation funds, wage deductions, and employee benefits are reconciled and paid accurately and timely,
  • Interpret contracts, EAs and awards to calculate the payroll accordingly,
  • Create and maintain accurate employee details as well as terminations and leave, in accordance with Company agreements.

A successful candidate is someone who:

  • Has extensive success factors knowledge, this is a must!,
  • Will be able to start the project at the beginning of December 2018,
  • Experience processing end to end Payroll.
