PMO Manager role working for a Top Tier Financial Services company.
You will be responsible for managing a PMO team and supporting the Project Director in the management, control and reporting of delivery activities within this project. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple concurrent coordination and administration activities to ensure alignment of standards and processes across governance, reporting, financials, risk and issue management, change control etc.
- Financials - Regular overviews of budget position with Project Director and active review of monthly ‘actuals’ including request and management of any journal corrections
- Reporting - Project status reporting with a focus on quality and timeliness to the Project Director, including overall status, milestones, RAID, burn rate and financials
