Randstad is on the lookout for a Project Manager. The project manager will manage and deliver diverse projects in relation to the implementation of regulations, polices, systems and procedures for the regulatory programs and services in order to meet organisational and regulatory objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation across a portfolio of complex projects, including preparing business cases and project plans, establishing appropriate governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and in line with the Agency project management methodology.
  • Lead the development and delivery of programs, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required organisation outcomes
  • Manage the engagement of stakeholders during the development, implementation, and review of projects to ensure understanding and effective implementation of policy initiative into business operations.

Selection Criteria:

  • 5 years minimum experience as a project manager.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in proven governance.
  • Proven project management experience on multi-disciplinary projects, with experience in participating in multi-disciplinary teams of professional and technical personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to form partnerships with key stakeholders and effectively negotiate complex issues, work independently in achieving goals and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Government experience is desirable
