About the organization

I am representing a organization within the NSW Government space that are offering a opportunity to develop a pioneering commissioning framework within their respective Project Management Division, with this particular role located in Parramatta, great money, with an emphasis on culture, policy, and Aboriginal communities.

About the role

You will be someone who is experienced researching, analysing and designing service commissioning programs with a strong culture focus. You will utilise your policy design experience to review market commissioning frameworks and adapt them for the unique culture/clients of the organisation. You will develop final program scope, discussion papers, guiding principles and enabling Commissioning framework which places Aboriginal culture at the centre of the project.

The role is heavy in stakeholder management across a large program that prides itself on humility, authenticity, and passion for their work.

This will be a high-visibility, pioneering program that will set the framework for a large, unique Gov’t agency.


About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, but in short you will have:

  • High level skills and experience in Policy Management, Project Management, or similar role
  • Experience in establishing and implementing service commissioning programs
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement experience with the ability to liaise with a diverse workforce.
  • Experience working with a complex organisation or State Gov’t highly regarded
