We have a great opportunity for a strong Change Manager to join our client on a 2 year fixed term contract. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day Change Management activities and governance over the lifecycle of all Changes, working as part of an Operation Portfolio team to deliver technology and property projects.

Our client is a Melbourne CBD based University, with a great reputation. They're in close proximity to public transport, making for an easy and quick commute to work.

You will have -

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and results orientation.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and changing priorities across the portfolio
  • Prior experience with large scale infrastructure projects and program delivery required.
  • Substantial external client facing experience required in change, configuration and service level management.
  • Ability to work through complex business and client challenges and collaborate in developing and implementing solutions

As well as the above, you will have the following qualifications -

  • Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
  • ITIL Foundations v3* required, preferably multiple Intermediate ITIL certifications.
  • Adoption and Change Management certification
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite
