Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this is a critical role for a large public services organsiation. This role will be responsible for sourcing employee attraction and employee retention services.
This role will primarily focus on employee services and contracts that relate to retention and the well being of employees.
The role requires a high level of stakeholder engagement and development and implementation of sourcing projects. You will have experince working within a change management environment and previous experince managing employee services.
- Stakeholder Engagement to strengthen credibility of the procurement team and influence procurement decisions and outcomes.
- Tendering, negotiating and contracting processes with suppliers
- Managing a high spend indirects category within public services
- Experience working in a highly complex and regulated environment would be desirable.
