Randstad are proud to partner with a major road and infrastructure provider in Australia who plans, manages and delivers the integrated transport environment to achieve sustainable transport solutions for road and rail.

This area’s Program Management Improvement Group currently have an immediate contract vacancy for a Primavera Scheduler & Funding Submission Coordinator in their Gold Coast office.

The successful candidate will:

  • Display an understanding of the project scope of works
  • Detailed knowledge of program planning and scheduling of infrastructure projects
  • Possess high level experience with Oracle Primavera Suite and other applications such as Microsoft excel
  • Demonstrate the ability to assist project managers on the program to resolve scheduling issues
  • Ability to identify and track all changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of schedule impact are given visibility with the project/program manager

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
