Our Client is a leading Engineering Firm going through large amounts of growth and have an exciting opportunity for a Project administrator to join their existing team.

Your duties will include, but not limited to;

  • PPE Ordering and Coordination
  • Arranging Pre Employment Medicals
  • Mobilisation of Contractors to Site
  • Raising Purchase Orders using ERMS
  • Compiling Progress Reports for the Management Team
  • Account Reconciliation on Forecast VS Spend
  • Assisting in Quotes for PPE, Labour and Mobilisation
  • Administration Support to the Wider Project Team
  • Liaison with Client for Service Delivery Compliance
  • Completion of Project Documentation

As an ideal applicant you will have;

  • Medium Level of Experience within a Similar Capacity
  • Excellent Organisation and Administration Skills
  • Polite and Professional Communication Style
  • Intermediate to Advanced SAP, ERMS and MS Office
  • Hard Working and Committed Attitude
  • Prior Project Experience
