A large State Government department located in Parramatta is currently looking for a Project Administrator for their Asset Management team. The main objective of the role is to provide project reporting, deliver corporate reporting, including client reporting.

The type of reports can include but are not limited to:

  • Corporate Plan Reporting
  • Asset Utilisation
  • Asset Information
  • Data Reporting (rent, KPI's, electricity etc)

To be considered for this role you would need the following experience and capabilities:

  • Strong exposure to corporate reporting and client reporting for projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge and exposure to asset management projects from a reporting point of view
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in information
  • Strong analysis and research skills to deliver insight into reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills and advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience within Government would be preferred

This role requires an immediate start, working hours will be Mon-Fri, 38 hours per week.
