This newly created Project Coordinator role will play an integral part within an existing project officer team. The Project Coordinator will be providing high level project support to the activities of the organisation and works closely with the CEO and senior management team.

Core responsibilities

  • Drafting written communications including reports, briefing papers and media releases.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and developing relationships on a senior level.
  • Analysing government policy and budgets.
  • Developing project plans and key budget.
  • Analysis of project outcomes and creating and presenting reports.
  • Managing conflicting priorities to deliver a timely and high quality outcome.

Selection Criteria

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in project management and high level of administrative duties.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience within Non Profit organisation
