About the company for the Project Manager - Urban & Technical Role:

A well regarded team within the Transport government cluster is looking to expand and add a Project Manager - Urban & Technical on a long term contract engagement. The role will be based in Western Sydney and your time will be spent working on a high profile infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager - Urban & Technical Role:

  • Manage the technical design deliverables across a range of categories (including but not limited to roads, structures, rail, power, drainage, urban design).
  • Ensure stakeholder inputs are considered
  • Communicate and manage relationships with a range of key stakeholders
  • Manage a team of Technical Advisors
  • Contribute to effect decision making to support the design delivery within required timeframes.

Key Requirements for the Project Manager - Urban & Technical Role:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (Project Management, Engineering, Construction etc)
  • Experience working on an infrstracture project in a similar capacity on a project exceeding $500 million
  • Strong experience working in a Project Management capacity
  • Proven communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of key stakeholders
  • Experience managing the design process on high value infrastructure projects
