Property Manager and Sales Support Assistant

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Property Managers and Sales Support Assistants to join a growing property team. Motivation to progress your career within the property industry and proven ability to be an invaluable team member, committed to delivering quality service and positive outcomes is desirable.

Skills & experience:

  • Experience in Real Estate Reception/Administration is a must!
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive can-do attitude with an interest in self-development
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Own well-maintained vehicle essential


  • Maintain strong communication with both landlords and tenants
  • Conduct in-going and out-going inspections
  • Minimise and communicate regarding rent arrears and payments
  • Approve repairs and maintenance
  • Process Applications and approve tenant selection
  • Tribunal preparation and presentation
  • Participate in team training and development
  • Administration Support to the PM and Sales Team
  • Marketing/Advertising of properties
  • Diary and Website Management
  • Data entry into CRM
  • General ad hoc duties
