Our client is a growing Insurance brand that is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager/Team Leader to work closely with the Manager to oversee and manage the QA team.
- Support the Manager of team in day-to-day running of the Quality Assurance function; QA training, monitoring and project work.
- Deputising for the Team Manager.
- Liaise with internal (Operations, Legal etc) and external stakeholders (Clients)
- Min 5 years proven experience gained in a QA/Compliance function with team leadership experience or direction management within Banking, Insurance or Superannuation is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable with a good attitude
