Based in Moorebank NSW with regular travel to Melbourne, we are open to candidates located in Melbourne who can commute to Moorebank.

This is a newly created role that will work alongside the Sales and Operations team in defining and developing Quality and Operational Excellence strategies.

Working with local management teams to set coherent and aligned priorities and targets across the entire value chain, monitoring progress and analysing KPIs.

Working with the Sales team to promote quality benchmarking and best practice and driving a culture of excellence in operational performance.

This unique role requires a unique set of skills.

It requires an individual who can analyse sales CRM systems and identify process to be implemented. They would need to be innovative and a creative thinker. The role requires a manager experienced with setting strategy and engaging stakeholders in driving change.

Working in a newly developed role will mean having the skills to implement systems that have never been used before, so an ability to work with strong personalities would be crucial.

This role will require regular travel to Melbourne. As most of the Sales division is based in Melbourne the first 100 days will see 90% of time spent there. However, as processes are implemented, less time will be required to be spent travelling. Because there are two large offices in Moorebank and Melbourne, we are open to candidates in either state interested in this role.

This role will be recruited on personality, skills and cultural fit. We are seeking an innovative, creative, agile, dynamic, strategic and continuous process driven Quality Manager.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years Experience as Quality Manager
  • Degree qualification preferred
  • Proficient in SAP or similar and MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and drive skills
  • 4D methodology
  • Experience in a Change Management Environment
