Key duties will include:

  • Ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Managing high volume work
  • Diary management
  • Project support
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Strong office support functions
  • Diary and document management
  • Delivery of information via phone or emails
  • Data entry into systems
  • Other general ad hoc duties

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience within the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded
  • An ability to hit the ground running
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming
  • Proactive nature and willing to take initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience as working an administrator, receptionist and/or executive assistant
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
