We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Receptionists and Administrators to join our temporary contract team. An appropriate applicant will have previous experience working in an administration or reception role, be proactive with an ability to work autonomously, great communication skills, corporate presentation and a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment.
As for duties, they may include:
- Reception/switch management
- Greeting clients and managing diaries and bookings
- Data entry and records management
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Weekly and monthly payroll processing
- Administration support as needed
The following is essential:
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Corporate presentation
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Strong ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Minimum 2 years administration or reception experience
