Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for our clients Accounting practice. Central Gold Coast location.

To be considered for this opportunity a minimum of 2 years recent experience in an accounting firm is essential. You will have impeccable communication skills and have the ability to relate to people on all levels. Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills. Your administration skills will be of a high standard and you will enjoy being part of a fast-paced and progressive team.

Duties include:

  • iFirm (database maintenance, data entry, lodgements, generating reports, receipting payment)
  • EFTPOS machine (credit card deductions, payments)
  • DocuSign (sending returns and company statements)
  • ASIC (debtors, company statements, creating and lodging forms)
  • Topdocs (ordering companies, trusts and superfunds)
  • Monitoring bills and payments
  • Phoning the ATO etc
  • ATO Portal (mail, downloading reports, client accounts)
  • ABR Portal (updating details, registering GST and ABN’s)
  • Answering and directing calls, taking messages
  • Monitoring incoming emails
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing mail
  • General office duties as required.
  • Maintaining office and kitchen
  • Chasing up outstanding paperwork
  • Reminder emails (tax returns, BAS etc.)
