Our client is a leading brand in the health and wellness industry providing vitamins and supplements to consumers. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and energetic receptionist who thrives in a busy and upbeat work environment and enjoys being the face of the company.

To be successful in this role you must be confident greeting clients and visitors, have excellent communication skills, be professionally presented with an outgoing and friendly personality.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Answering and directing calls

Responding to emails

Directing couriers

Booking meeting rooms and scheduling meetings

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

General housekeeping

Assisting with travel arrangements

Managing office stationary

The successful candidate will have:

1-2 years experience in a customer facing and receptionist role

Be self motivated and able to demonstrate using initiative

Advanced PC skills

Be the face of the company and be a good reflection of the brand

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work under pressure and multi task
