Our client is Australia’s leading, online higher education provider. They are seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for all students and visitors of the university. They are looking for someone extremely proactive to take on the role.
- All-round Receptionist duties
- Taking Leads
- Answering Phones
- Customer Service
- Meeting and Greeting clients
- Ad-hoc administration duties
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
- Previous Receptionist/Administration experience ( preferably in the education sector)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A high level of initiative and forward thinking
- Be well presented with great customer service skills
