Our client is looking for an experienced Records Management/ Archiving Specialist to manage a specific archive project. This is a very hands-on role requiring the successful applicant to be physically fit due to the nature of the work. The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and a passion for organizing filing systems are essential qualities for this role. To be successful in this role you will need to have a baseline security clearance.
Your main responsibilities will include;Moving and labelling boxesFiling and re-labelling boxesAnswering the phones when requiredScanning documents Data entryAble and willing to work as part of a teamFollowing up with excellent administration support skills
