About the role

The Business Support team in Melbourne CBD are looking for a sales gun to come and join their successful and engaging team. In the job, you will be recruiting for a variety of temporary and permanent office support roles. The roles you will recruit for include; Executive and Personal Assistants, Administrators, Project Officers, Receptionists within one of the fastest growing markets in Australia right now.

Responsibilities include;

  • Account management of existing clients
  • Business development and sales through building new relationships and winning new clients
  • Sourcing and engaging the best talent in the Melbourne market and helping them secure new roles.

About the team

Our Business Support team in Melbourne CBD are incredibly successful, highly driven and supportive who all work together to drive success and have a lot of fun along the way celebrating their success.

In this role you will be continually developed and be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation. You will work closely with other divisions, regularly going on joint divisional visits and have your own mentor to ensure you are set up for success. What are we looking for in you?

  • You will have previous experience in recruitment or sales and are eager to drive sales and grow a desk.
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone and proactively approach clients and candidates
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the drive to always do more and to succeed.
  • You are a high achiever, motivated and you are a great team player.
  • You enjoy that every day is different and love getting out to meet existing clients and build on new relationships.
  • A confident communicator, you will be exceptional at networking and consulting others.
  • You must have a driver’s license.

Salary range & benefits
